Full Terms & Conditions for Hoselton’s Daily Drop Promotion 

This limited-time promotion features a single vehicle offered through a pre-determined daily price reduction schedule. The advertised price decreases once per day until the vehicle is sold or the campaign is terminated. 

  • The advertised price is valid only on the date displayed.  
  • Price updates occur automatically at a designated time each day.  
  • The vehicle may be sold at any time prior to the next scheduled price reduction.  
  • The dealership reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the campaign at any time without notice.  

Eligibility 

  • Buyer must be legally eligible to purchase and register a vehicle in New York State.  
  • Buyer must meet all financial and contractual requirements to complete the transaction.  

First-Come, First-Served 

  • The vehicle will be sold to the first qualified buyer who completes all required purchase steps.  
  • Expressions of interest, inquiries, or partial steps do not secure the vehicle.  

No Holds or Reservations 

  • No holds, reservations, or waiting lists are permitted.  
  • The vehicle remains available to all buyers until fully secured as defined below.  

Definition of Sold 

The vehicle is considered sold, and the campaign will immediately conclude, only when all of the following conditions are satisfied: 

  • A buyer’s order is fully executed  
  • A minimum deposit is received  
  • Buyer’s ability to complete the transaction is verified through approved financing or proof of funds  
  • The transaction contains no contingencies  
  • The deal is approved by dealership management  

Vehicle delivery is not required to conclude the campaign. 

Multiple Buyer Interest 

  • In the event of multiple interested buyers, the vehicle will be sold to the first qualified buyer who completes all required purchase steps.  
  • Completion is determined by the time at which all requirements are satisfied and approved.  

Price Changes During Transaction 

  • If a price change occurs before all purchase requirements are completed, the new price will apply.  
  • In limited circumstances where a transaction is actively in process at the time of a scheduled price change, the dealership may, at its sole discretion, honor the prior price.  

Purchase Terms 

  • Price excludes tax, title, registration, and a $175 dealer documentation fee.  
  • All transactions are subject to final verification and approval.  
  • The dealership reserves the right to correct pricing, typographical, or technical errors at any time.  

General Conditions 

  • This promotion is not a contest, sweepstakes, or game of chance.  
  • No incentives, pricing, or terms beyond what is expressly stated are guaranteed.
