Hoselton's Core Values

To accomplish our Vision and Mission, Hoselton uses values that are very concise. We feel it is important that any candidate understand and appreciate these values as they consider working for this private, family-owned business that has been successful for over 90 years. The values are as follows:

The ownership of Hoselton recognizes the fact that all things are brought to us by God for his good and is committed to contributing back these blessings to further his work in our community.

Employees will conduct all business affairs with the highest level of integrity, recognizing not only Governing laws, but also the expectations of the Hoselton Organization based on our guiding moral principles and beliefs. No employee shall knowingly act in a manner that compromises his/her integrity or that of the Hoselton Organization.

Respect is at the core of the Hoselton organization. No employee shall act in a manner that shows a lack of respect for Hoselton customers or employees regardless of the situation at hand.

Every employee shall act in a manner that exceeds our customer?s expectations for the delivery of a quality product thereby promoting long-term customer relationships.  Longevity can be seen in our commitment to developing our employees through constant training and refinement of skills.
