Auto Rental and Service Experience of a Lifetime! Mr. Hoselton, it is rare that I would take the time to write about an experience I had at an auto dealership. I am compelled, however, to write this note regarding two of your employees: Russ (Rental Agent) and Zack (Service Tech.)

I rented an SUV on December 9th and the care and hospitability exhibited by Russ went beyond all of my expectations and imagination. He went over all of the particulars to ensure my understanding in a very friendly and open manner. Since I was renting the SUV, I decided to leave my nearly 10-year old Corolla for service. I was greeted by Zack in a very friendly and polite manner. He listened to my concerns and asked all the appropriate questions.

Later the next day, he called to report the needs of the automobile and gain a decision from me before moving forward. Upon my return, both Russ and Zack greeted me in the same manner as they had done before. These are two real gentlemen on your staff and they should be commended for their orientation to customer service.

Oh by the way, as I stood waiting to be seen, I could hear your other service technicians serving other customers with the same calm and very polite demeanor. It is clear to me that your dealership invests in training your staff about customer relations. With the level of service I received from your staff, I can assure you that all of my future service needs will be at Hoselton. Thank you.
